Whether you choose a single unit system (up to 600 kW), a Gemini twin pack (600 and 750 kW) or a Modular Power System (from 150 to 6000 kW), there's a Generac solution just right for your application.

We also offer you four different fuel options. so you can select whatever fuel source works best for you.  Depending upon the model and rated output, you can choose from diesel, natural gas, liquid propane vapor, or bi-fuel models.

Single Engine Gensets

Generac's single engine gensets use an integrated design approach to combine all the components into an outstanding package that will provide years of reliable service.  We take great care in matching the right engine. alternator, control panel, enclosure, base tank, and software to provide an effective, high value product at every key kilowatt rating.  Then we go another step further, to give you additional options to produce the power you need through a variety of configurations and arrangements. We specialize in customizing our already versatile equipment to particular applications, to ensure that your requirements are fully satisfied. Modular Power Systems

For standby applications requiring higher kW outputs, the Generac Modular Power System (MPS) offers a superior alternative to large, single engine gensets.  It's an example of Generac's value engineering, bringing an innovative and less costly solution to large power requirements.

Using Generac's fully integrated paralleling technology, the purchase price of a Modular Pow3er System is significantly lower than large single engine units. Since the modular generators can be operated individually or in concert with each other, the system has unmatched flexibility and built-in redundancy.

Gemini®

At Generac, we're used to "thinking outside the box". So it's no surprise that we developed the Gemini Twin Pack, with two powerful generators inside a single package.  It's another example of Generac innovation that delivers up to 750 kilowatts of power as a compact cost-effective alternative to large, single-engine units.

Included in this package is Generac's proven switching technology, allowing the two generators to be electrically paralleled together into a single output. This output can be connected to a Generac open or closed transfer system, allowing easy interfacing to the utility.

Generac's PowerManager® system directs the operation of both generators, their paralleled output, and connected automatic transfer switches.  PowerManager also provides a single point of communication and control that easily supports standby generator applications.

Bi-Fuel

When specifying generators, one of the first consideration is which fuel to use.

Generac now provides a solution that combines the advantages of both natural gas and diesel fuels.

Bi-fuel is the simultaneous combustion of natural gas and diesel fuel in a single engine.  Generac has perfected a natural gas delivery system that is installed on a mass-produced diesel engine.  We equipped the engine with economical automotive sensors and actuators, along with a microprocessor for system control.

Home Standby
