Demand Side
Consist of:
- Pre-Audit Interview. An interview with management, purchasing, maintenance and operations staff to determine objectives and priorities of your plant staff.
- Plant Tour. Inspection and survey of compressed air equipment, air compressor controls and operations.
- Leak Detection. Ultrasonic leak detection and tagging.
- Recommendations. Provide suggestions to reduce inappropriate uses of compressed air.
- Dew Point Monitoring.
- Pressure Measurements in the header distribution system with high frequency sample rates to determine if there are pressure drop issues.
Evaluation of:
- Demand side of downstream receivers.
- Multiple time period and trending of flow, pressure and power.
- Compressed air distribution system.
Simulated System Response, with new energy efficiency measures implemented.
