They are supported by a full Engineering staff in Portland and in Centralia. Our Sales team is available to ensure that the compressed air equipment you purchase is right for your application, located properly, and installed in accordance with good engineering practices.

Service Technicians:
Our Service Technician will inspect the installation, start and adjust all equipment, and will explain equipment operation and maintenance to your staff. Our factory trained, product certified technician help to maintain ultimate performance of your compressor assemblies and accessories.
Factory Service Maintenance Program
Appropriate maintenance of your equipment after installation will guarantee your continued satisfaction with our equipment. We punctually remind you when maintenance is due at the specified intervals and perform the determined service. A regular maintenance program leads to less down time, better machinery resale value, and fewer employee injuries.

Air End Rebuild
Our full-time staff of trained
experts has rebuilt thousands of air ends over the past 25 years.
Our 100,000 square foot facility is equipped with a dedicated controll
ed-atmosphere assembly room and outfitted with all of the
necessary tools to rebuild compressor air ends, blowers, and vacuum pumps.
We rebuild Quincy Northwest rotary screw air ends as well as other major brands. Rebuilt exchange air ends are also available at our location in Portland, Oregon.
Additionally, we can assist you with your "preventive maintenance programs" by providing evaluation services and analysis.

Compressed Air System Analysis
The Rogers Machinery Auditing and Consulting group can provide a comprehensive picture of your compressed air system. Our auditing staff will evaluate the entire compressed air system, including controls, and make recommendations for maximum system efficiency which is included in a report prepared for the customer.
Beyond the compressor room, we utilize the latest leak detection technology to minimize wasted air. The Rogers Machinery parts department has a complete product line for your compressor, pump, and blower needs. Our Parts are specifically engineered and purchased to match each product application manufactured by our company. Our 24 hour standard parts guarantee on the QNW compressor line enables the customer to optimize their facility maintenance programs. We also provide aftermarket parts support and sales for dryers, air receivers, and motors.
